Wg-Zimmer Neustadt Zwischenmiete Juli

 Spontan habe ich ab sofort ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in der Bremer Neustadt anzubieten.
Es ist ein Zimmer mit 10qm in einer ruhigen 4er Wg. 
Teilmöbliert mit Bett und ein paar Möbeln. Matratze könnte zur Not organisiert werden.
Zwischenmiete wäre ab sofort möglich bis zum 20. Juli.
Miete ist 230€ im Monat (all inclusive) und wäre dann anteilig, je nach dauer der Zwischenmiete.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Neustadt mit guten Anbindungen an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsläden fußläufig erreichbar.
Starting now  I have a small room for rent in a shared flat in Bremen Neustadt.
The room has 11 square meters and the flat is shared with three people.
It is partly furnished, has a bed and some other things. A mattress could be organized for the time if you dont have one.
It could be rented starting NOW until the 20th of Juli.
Rent is about 230€ for the whole month (all inclusive) and you would only pay partly for the duration of you stay.
The flat is in the center of the Neustadt public transportation and supermarkets are easily accessable by foot.
